Very stable I bought this for use after knee surgery it was a lifesaver the bars were perfect support not flimsy. Suction seemed good I felt very safe definitely would recommend this product. Great price too! Super easy setup

Ordered this type after researching the most versatile railing for a small toilet area. This one is not only adjustable in height, but in width as well, making it perfect for small spaces. It also doesn't connect to the toilet, so less chance of damaging the area where the seat connects. This medical device secures slightly behind the toilet lid and the feet rest, but do not suction on the floor. The suction part is not needed. My husband is 6"3, 266 lbs and had a foot surgery. Trying to get off a regular toilet and not put any weight on the injured foot is tough! With this device, he can use his upper body to push up, while holding the railing bars to a standing position, and then use his wheelchair or walker to leave the bathroom. The device is also foldable, took 5 minutes to set it up, lightweight and easy to transport or store. It arrived well packaged with instructions and I definitely recommend it.

This product was recommended by a friend of mine who just had a hip replacement surgery. Mine surgery is coming up. She said that it was very helpful and that she used it for about 2 months after her surgery. I ordered it, my son constructed it for me (though it wasn’t very difficult to put it together and it comes with instructions) and it’s awaiting it’s time of useful service. It seems to be well made. It’s very adjustable so you can adjust for height, width, etc. It has suction cup feet, but we’re not finding that they work very well on our flooring. We have an older home and the flooring is linoleum and the lines in the pattern of the linoleum appear to interfere with the adhesion of the suction cups to the floor — but they’d probably be fine with a very smooth surface. Other than that, it’s a solid, well-thought-out design.

I’ve only had this product a short time but it seems to be an excellent product with one flaw. It is made of a heavy, sturdy material. The instructions were easy to understand. It was easy to put together. It took me about 20 minutes & I just used a small wrench. All the parts were in the box. It fits around my toilet comfortably. The flaw is mentioned by other reviewers & is its shakiness. I’m a tall person but don’t have the arm rests set very high & that seems to make it less shaky. I am able to use both hands though & that seems to make a big difference. I think the manufacturer may want to add USE 2 HANDS on the instructions. If you are able to use 2 hands with this product, I think it will work fine for you.

I bought this for my senior mom, she's been told she needs hip replacement and they're talking about in the next 2 months. She's already having problem with getting up and down from the commode and from just regular chairs. I picked this one because it said it can be used in multiple rooms and is easily-portable. I only have minimal testing of it so far. She used it to get up from the couch but maybe I can tell you a little bit about it. The assembly is minor and it's easy to assemble. The top part of it (handles, crossbars) is very well made and sturdy. All you have to do on the assembly of it is install 4 e-clips that comes with it. You just push them in the four holes. Those are for making it possible to fold it up. They lock it from folding up. You have to pop all four back out to fold it up. It takes 2-3 seconds on each. You then install the four legs and they each require a wingnut, bolt and a (my word) exploded metal washer. Exploded washer is my way of saying they mold into the metal. They don't exactly look right but they work very well. All of this is easy to do. Once that's done, you can push the metal catch on each leg and slide the height of the leg(s) to your desired height. I couldn't have built it better myself. Very good design, I did notice the front legs came up a bit when my mom first tried to get up from the couch. But she was grabbing the portion of the handles that was closest to her instead of grabbing the middle. That's just basic physics. I would recommend working with it for maybe 10 minutes just to get used to it. Have someone stand with you and make sure you're confident in it. I weigh 240 and was showing mom how to use it, it wasn't tipping with me at all. I will come back and post some results after mom has some time to use it and see how she likes it. As of right now, the quality and feel of it excellent, especially for the price. We looked at similar at one of home medical supply stores and it was about twenty-five dollars more than this one and didn't fold up. Excellent product, so far.

This toilet safety frame is outstanding. I had several other toilet safety frames over the years and this one is the best. From the overall sturdiness, wide handrail frame, ease to adjust and padded grab bars, this unit is super well built. Plus, the large round floor pads adds to the stability and keeps the unit from moving around. In the past with those other units I had, putting them together was a pain and I usually required some tools. This toilet safety frame was so easy to assemble without the need of any tools. I put it together in less then 10 minutes. I highly recommend this item.

Works very well. Easy to assemble, sturdy, stays in place and was packaged well. We bought this for when my wife came home from knee replacement surgery. It worked so well that we bought one for our upstairs bathroom. My wife said that it provided much better support than the rails bolted to the walls of the hospital bathroom. We also bought a walker that was this same brand and it was great also.

Well made and very easy to put together. Easily adjustable width and height. Great for post-op use or people who just need a little extra help getting on/off the toilet.

Very handy, folds up easily and can be taken easily in the car for trips, to be used in motels or at rest stops. Fantastically strong and solid.
