A really nice sized Burroughs tail for a great price!
I’ve been growing and collecting houseplants, cactus, and succulents for over 25 years. I’ve always wanted one of these. I found one here on Amazon for an extremely great value. It came in a 4” pot and was very nice size upon arrival. It wasn’t to small at all. This donkey/ Burroughs tail succulent arrived it beautifully conditioned. As it was packaged extremely well. Anyone whom knows anything about them knows they are extremely fragile succulent plants. It didn’t even have one piece broken off of it during its travels. It’s appearance is absolutely stunning. I’ve had him for over 6 months now and it’s still doing amazing. He’s growing quite wonderfully. Obviously I know how to properly care for plants, cacti, and succulents. As I stated I’ve been doing so for over 25 years. However we were all beginners at one time. So please remember that succulents are like cactus and do not need to be watered frequently. Only when the soil is completely bone dry do you give it water. Then only water until the water starts draining from the bottom of the pot. If and when you transplant it like I did make sure your pot has really good drainage holes. Also make sure to use a cactus/ succulent mix soil. You can purchase them premade. However it’s pretty expensive for a small amount and if you have as many plants, cactus and succulents as I do, which is over 200 now. I recommend making your own soil. I definitely prefer to make my own. Of course my soil mixes change for the different varieties of plants, succulents, and or cactuses that I’m planting. To make your own soil. Please make sure that your soil is a mix of 50% soil and 50% perlite or pumice stone. Anything that helps with aeration as well as drainage is perfect to add to your soil mix. If it’s a peat based soil, you may want to buy some horticultural lime to balance out the ph. As peat moss tends to be a bit acidic. You only need a very small amount. You can google the ratio you will need. Or follow instructions on the bag of horticultural lime. I make up my batches for each pot as I go to make sure that each pot and the different sizes of pots have the appropriate amount of lime in them. This is such a cool succulent variety and will definitely add some flair to any space you add it to. Just please remember not to kill your succulent with kindness and ONLY water when the entire soil is completely dried out. I also recommend using a cactus/ succulent fertilizer during the peak growing seasons. So from Spring to fall. Oh and also remember that most plants, but especially succulents and cacti go dormant during winter months. So make sure you research the variety/ species you have. As some only need very minimal watering during winter months. Depending on the situation and where you live of course. I live in upstate NY. So I only water mine once a month. Sometimes every other month. However there are some cactus that hibernate and don’t require any light or water during the winter months at all. So if you want your plants, succulents, and or cactus babies to grow well for you make sure you research each specific variety/ species needs. As they are not all the same. That’s for sure. Happy gardening everyone and Good luck! I definitely recommend adding this one to your collection if you don’t already have one. Or hey even if you do. 🥰🪴😍🌵

Strong healthy plants
I purchased three succulents from the seller and I am very happy with all three they came in a box that was very well packed and the plants were very well taken care of. They came in 4 inch pots as promised, and they were bigger and healthier than I honestly expected them to be especially for the price. 30 days later the plants are still healthy and thriving as a matter of fact, they’ve grown quite a bit. I am very, very happy with my purchase from the seller and will buy more soon, I guarantee it

FANTASTIC!!!!
I bought one 4 inch donkey tail plant and two 4 inch ruby necklace plants. All 3 were packed together very well. Only minimal loose dirt in the box….it was actually more like loose dust. The plants were exactly like the Amazon photos and all the same size. Not a single broken stem or leaf on all 3 plants…they’re all perfect!! The ruby necklace looked slightly dehydrated but, the soil was very dry which was to be expected. Once I unwrapped all three plants, I put them in a dish of water and let it soak in through the bottom. The ruby necklace plants perked right back up after a few hours of watering. I will wait to repot them until tomorrow or the next day so they can recover from their journey…if they even need to. Very VERY happy with the plants I received!!

Healthy value for the money
Burro Tail arrived securely wrapped. Upon inspection I found no damage, I let plant sit overnight, gave a good watering the next day, let dry and repotted into a 5” terracotta pot as pictured. This is 1 of 4 succulents that I have ordered and they were all in excellent condition. Of the 4 this one I was most impressed with, only 4 leaves had fallen off or fell off during the unpacking process. Just super impressed. I’m looking to order 2 more soon.
