The taste is great, it’s easy to drink, and most importantly, it didn’t cause any bloating or digestive discomfort.One of the biggest reasons I enjoyed using it is that it helped me consistently meet my daily protein intake, which supported my weight-loss journey. I’ve lost around 2–3 kg, and this protein powder has definitely been a helpful part of that. Each scoop provides a good amount of protein, and I also appreciate that it doesn’t contain artificial flavours or unnecessary additives. The use of monk fruit as a natural sweetener gives it a pleasant taste without being overly sweet.I usually have it with just water and haven’t tried blending it with milk or other ingredients.The only reason I’m giving it 4 instead of 5 stars is that the shake becomes quite thick after mixing. Because of this, it’s not very convenient to mix with fruits or other ingredients if you prefer making smoothies.Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, natural, and tasty protein powder.I’ve already ordered my second packet, which is on the way.
