Micro Gainz NEW 1LB Dumbbell Fractional Weight Plates 2 or 4 Piece- Designed for Dumbbell Training and Micro Loading, Made in USA

Perfectos para un aumento gradual en peso. Se sujetan bien a las mancuernas. Los recomiendo.

I like these small incremental 1 pound additions to my dumbbells… by adding two of them to each dumbbell, it makes it easier to slowly and safely move up to another 5 pounds on each dumbbell. These seem well-made, and although they are kind of pricey, they seem worth it so far.

Great build quality and fit. They clamp securely onto dumbbell handles without slipping, and the overall finish is top-notch. The only real downside is the steep price, but functionally, they perform exactly as intended.

These worked out really well, so I’m going to buy another pair to complete the set. Our condo gym doesn’t have in-between sizes in the dumbbells: the increases are all by five pounds, so I needed something that would fill in the gaps. They go on easily, stay on, and also work on the cable machine.

I purchased these for greater flexibility with my limited collection of weights and because 2.5-3lb increases are often too much for me as I progress in weight lifting. I have a collection of neoprene and urethane hex dumbbells and they work with them all. They slide on and off easily and do not move when lifting. I don’t notice them other than the added weight and I have even used them on small dumbbells such as 5 lb. As long as the clamping mechanism doesn’t wear out with use, I think these are excellent and will likely purchase their other sizes for greater flexibility. So far it seems solid, but I have only had them for a few weeks.ETA (06/2026): I have had these for years now and they still work great! Highly recommend and would purchase again!
