It works great
This is great to cook hotdogs on. Works perfect and you don’t need to crank the heat all the way up. The bun warmer is ok but the buns only need to be in there briefly. It’s doesn’t act like a steam warmer would. Would recommend for an office party or luncheon.

Got this one to replace the one I had. After 10 years and lots of hotdogs it quit. This one is is larger and has a bun warmer rack on it. It’s great on the weekends my grandkids come over. Fill it with hotdogs and let it go. They get hungry they take one off. Works great. Clean up is easy and it has a removable drip pan that’s easy to clean

Great for feeding a crowd
This makes great-tasting hot dogs. It's nice that the temperature setting goes all the way up to 350 F so you can make 18 of them in a hurry, then scale the temp back down to 170 to hold them. It is very sturdy and easy to clean by spraying sanitizer on the roller and running it (with no temperature on) while holding a paper towel to the rollers.

Almost perfect
Pro: So far the product works. I like that it came with an extra fuse. I ordered the 7 roller. Cooked a few Costco polish dogs, and they came out great. The buns were nicely warm on the bun warmer rack. The cooker does a great job. Cons: The down side, there were no instructions on how to assemble the product, but found a youtuber, DIYTechinician, who will show you how to assemble it. Everything seemed great except for the crack in the acrylic door. It was not packaged safely. It was packaged on top of the bun grill. Not only that, the acrylic door wobbles on the hinge as though I should expect it to fall off soon, (maybe due to the crack on it). The bun grill has a spot that was not properly welded and is loose. The little silicone rings on the rollers keep moving around, what is that about? And another thing. Are the rollers supposed to wobble?!?! I think not! I am giving this 3 stars, because I paid a lot of money for this. I expect things to be packaged properly, and top quality. If your going to charge over $100 for a product, customers expect your product to be top quality. Quality check your goods properly, and get better packaging material. Otherwise, it does a great job for what it's intended for.
