I was able to vac a king size memory foam mattress down to a manageable tube with relative ease. The straps won't survive the Vulcan death grip but the do work to secure the mattress once you remove all of the air

This is great so far. Not sure how many uses I'll be able to get but so far so good.

Theae things are absolutely worth the money!I have a king size 3" purple hybrid. It's big and weighs 400lbs.The straps that come with the bag weren't long enough or strong enough to be useful for me personally, but my bed is rather large. I had to use ratchet straps to be able to roll it up.It made moving my bed a one person job instead of 2-3 person.I also had to store the mattress for a couple of weeks and the concrete in the storage unit had moisture condensing from the high humidity. The bag protected the mattress.

The zipper broke on this after putting the mattress in. This made it pretty useless. It fit the mattress well, but unfortunately I cannot say how it functions. We were not able to seal it and flatten the mattress out. We just ended up using it to help us get it to the curb.

Wish I would have used this for previous moves sooner! It works great!Only down side is my 25 yr old vacuum overheated 3x so had to take some breaks to let it cool off, that's not the products fault though

The media could not be loaded. After carefully reading all of the reviews, I came to the conclusion that this was (1) hit or miss, (2) required extra help and/or (3) the seal could fail.. but decided it was worth a shot.We were MORE than pleasantly surprised at how well this worked! We had a brand new, hybrid-type mattress (part springs, part foam) that we couldn't bear to sell because we didn't have room for it... so I bought this in the event it was our last hope to keep the mattress & move it to the new location. Here's what I can tell you about our experience:1. It is extremely easy to use - we opted to use our portable shop vac (vs our regular vacuum cleaner) - and it worked brilliantly... effortlessly, actually.2. It began to deflate quickly and evenly - but we could hear the springs from the mattress making a lot of noise as they were compressed. This ended up to be "nothing" - and thankfully is not a concern. But you will hear them making a "popping" sound during the decompression process.3. Once deflated/decompressed, it rolled up SO EASILY. And while I had help - I believe 1 person could take this on "solo". The hard part will be after rolling up - trying to get the straps around it... read #4 for more info.4. One thing we didn't do but wish we had done - was lay out the straps, on the ground, BEFORE rolling.. so that while you roll, you can roll right over the evenly placed straps - and then secure them. If you do this - it will save you a lot of cussing. :) This is also the BEST way for those trying to do this solo to get the straps on.5. I'm convinced this will work on just about any mattress that - when you purchased it - was shipped to you decompressed and vacuum packed to begin with.6. Will NOT work with regular, standard spring mattresses that you did not purchase in this type of packaging to begin with.This is worth the money.. highly recommend.

Great when packed but it had a leak

Very sturdy and convenient zip bag! Easily fit and tightly compressed our King Size mattress. Highly recommend!
