This product really does make a difference for my mind, and body. I had stop taking it for a few months do to some health issues and now that I am back on it I can tell a huge difference with my mind fog and energy levels have increased. I could tell the difference within 24 hours but it does take maybe a week to really get the full effect. Also I have not really noticed any side effects. It is a bit expensive, but worth it. The taste was blah at first but quickly got over it and I always take it with food to help with any digestive discomfort. I have been using this form of B complex for a little over a year. I have always taken a vitamin/ mineral regimen since I was 18 and now 61! No wrinkles at all! Attract young men who are confused and disappointed after I tell them my age! The secret to timeless beauty is to start young! When you're younger you drink alcohol and so on! During those years I was still taking vitamins, advising friends to do so, all while we were enjoying the college years. Guess what I always look 20 years to 30 years younger. I stop getting carded at the age of 50. Never had any medical problems that would require daily medicine. The ladies I went to college with will not have anything to do with me because they look old and like my auntie. They ask me how and I said remember when we were partying I would always take my vitamin regimen that is how! Through this journey I have learned to research! This is the better brand of B complex. The fact it is methylated is great, the folate is great and this brand does not use the b form that has traces of cyanide, Cyanocobalamin. The word out is this cyanide is such a low dosage it is harmless. That is a bunch of malarkey because if you are taking something regularly there is going to be an accumulative effect. Why take that chance? This B complex should be taken in the morning with a meal. If you take it later in the day or early evening it will disrupt your sleeping pattern. Youre mood will be better and it just makes you feel better and happier. I found it necessary for me to take just one instead of two. As I age I am beginning to think it may not be necessary to take vitamins everyday especially if youre taking a few other supplements. You can alternate! Best wishes and good health! PS Today the two bottles of b complex was missing! But I ordered a lot of stuff so it was okay! I called Amazon they corrected the problem immediately! It is expensive but it is best to spend at least 300 dollars a year on top of the line vitamins and minerals than spend 150 dollars a month on medication!!! Its worth it!!! PSS I suspect that those individuals who are getting sick from this B as they claim is more due to them shorting up on the meals and water which is essential for basic survival. Eat better don't think a couple of crackers or donut and a cup of coffee is meal. It does not work like that!!

I love this product! It improved my sleep and anxiety level and kept that cortisol chub off around my midsection. However, I have been having severe muscle cramps and spasms in my calves for over a year, ever since I started on this product. I didnt correlate the two. I was power walking and thought i was overdoing with exercise. Out of desperation I finally stopped taking Cortisol Manager as a trial to see if it made a difference and the symptoms stopped within 3 days. Im so sad because I got great benefits from this product but it is definitely not worth the pain. I may be an oddity but something in this product can cause miserable muscle spasms. And yes, I increased Magnesium. Potassium and Baja sea salt and i drink a lot of water, but nothing helped until I discontinued it.

the results from by lab work came back and my B12 count went up. Tried to up it with dieting but didn't help. These helped. I did learn not to take them with any vitamin C. It keep your body from absorbing it. will buy again.

The price for this great vitamin is worth every penny. There is no scent to it but it will change the color of your pee to a yellow haze. At lease it did for me. Gives me the energy I’m lacking no side effects
