Don't allow anyone to charge you for what you can do for yourself. I looked my issue up online and saw what most likely was the problem and took it from there. Needed the evaporator fan, took everything apart and it was so easy to put it back together with the new fan which happened to be an exact match of the original in my GE 21CU French Door Profile Refrigerator.
