My go to balsamic glaze
This is my second time purchasing this balsamic glaze. We loved the first bottle so much that when it ran out I was immediately searching for it on Amazon to get my hands on a balsamic glaze to replace it in my pantry. This is amazing paired with cold pressed extra virgin olive oil. It also dresses up a salad beautifully, I recommend pairing it with some candied nuts in that application to get that gourmet flair. The flavor of this balsamic glaze is sweet and mild. It's not necessarily as fancy and gourmet as some of the vinegar in my collection but it really does taste quite good for how affordable it is. The consistency is thick and syrupy, almost like pure maple syrup if I had to compare it to another of my pantry staples. Thinner than my raw honey collection, but definitely thicker than you average balsamic vinegar of modena. Overall, this glaze is extremely versatile and one I reach for regularly in my home culinary masterpieces. It works hard, it's far better than the price would lead one to believe. An enthusiastic five stars from me. I've even considered making some fancy coffee drinks with it because the flavor is so sweet yet complex!
