Seem to work great

I had always wanted to try the "pull-up" style resistance bands, so when it was time to upgrade over my tubular style bands, I thought I'd give these a try. The good news is that these are quite thick and feel like a strong durable rubber. Even the lighter weight bands, like the red one pictured, feels very solid. I've used it a few times now and do not get the sense that this thing is going to snap. On the flipside, as others have eluded to, because of the red and yellow bands being thinner across, they do hurt a bit in the hand when you are using them. There isn't a lot of area to hold and it takes some getting used to. I suppose you can get a handle or just wear a glove, which is what I might do. The door anchor it comes with has a big foam roller at the end, but that doesn't feel overly strong. I imagine itll stay secure because of its size, but it seems like something that can wear over time. It also doesn't fit in the long part of the door near the hinge, so you have to put it on the bottom, top or open part. These also seem to offer more resistance then my previous bands. The green one seems to be great for squats and lunges, as its extremely heavy.

Not like the last brand that I had that was made of latex. This one smells similar to new car tires. Though no wear marks and seem to perform the desired job. No complaints for now.

The bands are great! I used them to help with pull ups. Like that the is a variety.

I ain't gonna lie, the bands are really good, I have been doing tricep pushdowns, rowing, facepulls and all kinds of movements for my triceps and shoulders which were previously not possible at home. I didn't expect the resistance to be so much either, I didn't even open the green one as I don't think I am strong enough to use it for pushing or rowing. The door anchor provided with them is so useful as well

Super nice to use. Seem to have accurate resistant ratings. Have yet to notice any wearing signs in about a month of occasional use.
