A: Yes. It's small enough and it can't be blown up enough to be hard.

**Q: Why no inflation instructions mine did not come with any "straw" ? i'll return this item and look for an inflated ball.**

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great for Pilates, Inflation Is a Little Tricky

This mini exercise ball works great and I use it every day with my Pilates workouts. It’s the perfect size for core work and stability exercises, and it holds up well during use. The only downside is inflation. I had to blow it up with a straw, and you do lose a bit of air when pulling the straw out to quickly insert the plug. I’ve also had to add air occasionally to keep it firm. That said, for the price, it’s a great little workout tool and does exactly what I need it to do. Because of the inflation hassle, I’m giving it 4 stars — but overall, I’m happy with it.
