A great item
I researched other items and read the reviews before I settled in this item, it’s lovely, works perfectly and after following instructions to full and boil a couple of times before use I am very happy to say no new kettle taste! I have found it needs to be descaled more than Non glass kettles due to being able to see inside, it’s easy to descale and to be honest it’s not the make but just down to the style of kettle which I knew before I got it. I have no complaints about the quality and workings of the kettle and still get a little happy feeling when I put it on and see the colour light up, I chose to wait before reviewing to ensure no issues and I am a very happy shopper, a great item

Not too good
It’s a beautiful kettle, but on my first time use it exploded….

Great kettle, great customer service
I bought this kettle Feb 2023. simple, easy to use and clean. It stopped working a couple of weeks ago and I contacted the manufacturer with my Amazon order number. They replied in a few hours and sent a new kettle out straight away as it was still within it's 2 year warranty. I'm very impressed and happy!

Glass Kettle
This is a lovely kettle which you can see the water level to save money. This kettle is not quiet as states, it is quite loud which was one of the reasons I bought it but not the main reason. It is light weight and you can be either left or right handed because the kettle swivels on the stand. It holds a lot of water and boils very quickly. I love my kettle because you also have the blue light which makes it look really pretty whilst the kettle is on and boiling. The blue light goes off once the kettle has boiled.I would recommend.
