What does the “options” part mean in the fodmap section?

Thank you for your question. The number of options is referring to how many flavors and products are in each category. For a complete list of our certified FODMAP-friendly products, please visit our website.

How many carbs & sugar in these bars?

For the cocoa loco flavor - 19g carbs, 8g sugar per bar, for the caramel apple flavor - 20g carbs, 7g sugar per bar

which kosher certification?

The Kosher certification is CRC PAREVE.

Are these "seconds" - are they defective in some way? The bars I've purchased here do not seem the same as the ones in my grocery store.

We generally get the Enjoy Life Carmel Apple bars. They are the same as the ones we have purchased from local grocery stores. We have been getting these from Amazon for nearly a year, and we have no complaints about the quality upon receipt. I cannot speak specifically about the Sunbutter Crunch bars.
