Kilz L204614 is a 1-quart, white, flat/matte primer designed for interior and exterior use. It dries to touch in 30 minutes and features an EPA-registered mildewcide that prevents mold and mildew growth on moisture-prone surfaces. This primer blocks medium to heavy stains, offers excellent adhesion with a thicker consistency for uniform coverage, and supports fast painting turnaround with very low VOCs and easy soap-and-water cleanup.

KILZ Primer Sealer & Stain Blocker works great. Had a room with a teenager that liked write on the walls with dark permanent markers. This completely covered the graffiti and marker ink.

Covered mold stains completely on bathroom ceiling with excellent results . Primed walls too. Used 2 coats Benjamin Moore Aura bath and Spa to cover , looks brand new and will look brand new for a long time .
