I bought this set as I work from home and my chair at home has become hard and uncomfortable. Overall the set is really comfy, it’s not too soft and is supportive enough for those (like me) who suffer with a bad back from sitting at a desk all day. The back piece is a life saver really and probably the best part. Downsides is that I think the base cushion is a little small, as you can see in my executive style chair it doesn’t fill the base and where it is a little small I find it hard to get comfy as my personal preference is a wider base chair. That is really the only fault I can find in the product so far, so if you have a smaller base chair it would be perfect, but it’s not great for those with a larger seat. Overall the value for money is good!

It was delivered on time in an airtight packaging. It easy to fit over your office chair and is VERY comfortable. Its a great price too!!

I got this to support my back while on my laptop. It works really well, and no more lower back pain.

The straps for the rear cushion don't tighten very well. Other than reasonably comfortable.

It transformed my sitting and work experience on my home-office chair. I bought two of them, wondering why I had not done it before. It supports my lower back. the cushion is comfortable to sit on.

Bottom cushion is excellent, the back cushion doesn't pull tightly enough to stay up on the chair otherwise it would also be excellent!

So, I was a bit skeptical about buying a hunk of memory foam, for the price. But this cushion not only provides support, but it is also comfortable and really helps alleviate pain from an old injury. I play games online as well as banking and surfing. Surprise!!! My legs aren't hurting. Maybe I found something specific to aiding my injury...who knows. I'm satisfied. Couple of things I noticed...memory foam holds heat, so sometimes it's a bit warm and the size of the cushions doesn't fit my office chair very well. But still a great product.

Edit after 5 months of usage: I put the back pillow in the dryer and it came out perfect, now its soft enough to use comfortably and still supports my back, I have scoliosis so this was a must. This is the best set you'll find anywhere. Old review: Tailbone pillow is great, back pillow is a little too firm, feels like it's pushing me off of any chair I put it in even my longer desk chair.
