World's Largest GUMMY WORM- Cherry/Blue Raspberry

This review is more about the seller than the product. Although, the product itself was excellent and far tastier than I expected given it's novelty status. My son has seen this worm all over YouTube for a couple of years and has asked and asked and asked. We were determined that there was just no reason he MUST have a giant gummy worm. This year, he put it in his letter to Santa with only two other things he wanted for all of Christmas. He's right at the age where his peers are trying to tell each other that Santa is fake while us families are trying to keep the magic, so we caved about the worm. Then we tried to find one. OMG!! You know you're in trouble when the best price you can find is over $80+ shipping for it to arrive AFTER Christmas. Then came a miracle! Late Friday night this amazing seller became available! They had the worm, it was the correct flavor, it was NOT priced through the roof just because they could and they would have it to me by Sunday! Santa was saved! The worm arrived in perfect, gummy condition. We were able to keep Santa alive for one more year so I just want to thank you April Enterprises Inc! Just fyi, I don't normally bother writing these reviews but between the customer service from the excellent seller and the smile on my son's face, I just couldn't not tell my fellow online shoppers.

A giant gummy worm was literally all my daughter wanted for Christmas, so I wanted to make sure she got the most perfect giant gummy worm out there. Success! She was THRILLED when she opened it up. It is well-formed, and surprisingly heavy. She instantly started taking savage bites out of the head (or tail, who knows) and proclaimed it to be amazing. I took a bite (cut using a knife because I am a freaking lady) and she was right. It tasted great! More flavor than a regular gummy worm, but similar texture without being rubbery. And of course, very sweet with what I am sure are tons of sugar in this gummy worm, just the way God and Mother Nature intended.

Kids just loved this. We shared it with 5 children between 5-11 years old and we still had enough left over to last another 2 weeks. They stayed fresh the entire time in zip locked bags. Ours was roughly the same size as advertised. We had read reviews about this gummy worm and other similar items melting during shipment, so we made sure the order was placed during a week of cooler temperatures. The kids were very happy, the flavor was fruity and not too sweet, and the soft and chew-able texture of this gummy worm all made for a 5-star review.

This was ordered as a gift for my niece and I was truly on the edge of my seat because I was not sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised to find a giant , whole gummy worm. Some of the prior reviews had mentioned that their worms had arrived in pieces so I was worried. My niece loved her over sized gummy and she even stated that it tasted great!

This is a very dense gummy, chewy (almost rubbery), and very very sticky. The taste is intense and SWEET. Only one piece and my sugar limit was at maximum. It is almost too much. It is a neat novelty treat, but if you really like gummy stuff, just get a pack of fresh bears. It's cheaper, they are softer, and you won't have to walk with your hands outstretched trying not to touch anything, and turn the faucet on with your elbow so as not to leave a sticky mess.I got it as a birthday present for my daughter, the squeal factor is high with this, especially if they have been really wanting to try it. It is heavy, and super long (think rolled up poster). We served it with her cake at the birthday party, and ended up throwing a lot away because there is only so much of this that you can eat. It wears on you quick.

I bought this as a sort of party favor for a recent party I had. It definitely had shock value when I whipped it out. The women loved sucking on it (if you know what I mean) but they said it was way too difficult to eat because the gummy worm was hard. I won't buy one again because it's way too expensive to use as a ...wait for it... gag gift.

I've wanted one of these for years now, and I finally got one! To keep things short, I noticed a bunch of reviews with melted worms, so I made sure to order in December, and when it got here, it didn't disappoint! Since the worm is made of basic gummy mixture in a much larger quantity (from what I can tell), it's exactly what you'd expect. It's really chewy, and gonna require some good jaw strength to get through the first bite, and once you do, you're in flavor town! I got the blue raspberry and cherry flavor because the color scheme was very appealing, but I quickly realized that even though blue raspberry is my personal favorite gummy flavor, I've been kinda underrating cherry flavored candy, because that sh*t was good! It also smells as good as it tastes too!

My son's letter to Santa had the simplest wish -- He wanted the Worlds Largest Gummy Worm. When I opened the UPS box, I was beyond disappointed, so I can only imagine what my son's reaction would be if he opened it on Christmas morning. The worm was broken into two pieces and appeared like it had been "repackaged" in celephane. It also looked to be not very fresh or appetizing. Unfortunately, the seller doesn't offer returns, so I'm stuck with two smallish, stale, unpackaged Gummy Worms instead of the Worlds Largest Gummy Worm, $30 worth of sugar that is going to go straight to the garbage bin. I do not recommend this product or seller.
