Never buy this Completely uncomfortable I regret

its nothing like the picture. The elevation on the side is not that high and overall the pillow is too low. It mentions you can order the 0.8 inch insert , i contacted seller he wants to charge me same price as the below almost AED 230 which is ridiculous. Also it says you can remove the neck curvature from inside to give it more depth but its not true it cant be removed. I ordered blue it came white . The nylon bag was ripped seems used and returned . It came different brand also not Groye. I returned it.

Really does not hold your head to in position

This is the first pillow that I FINALLY found to have relieved my neck pain and migraines. I have tried at very least 5 other pillows in just this past year and none have done anything for me and some even have added to my discomfort. This Groye Adjustable Pillow was an immediate relief the first night. When I woke up the next morning and realized I had slept through the night completely without waking up, my neck felt fine and I was more alert it was a wonderful feeling. As time went on I noticed that I was having less and less migraines to the point its very rare now for me to get one and when I do and I lay down its relieved much quicker and I am much more comfortable due to how my head and neck are aligned. There is just something about how this pillow aligns your head, neck, shoulders and upper back that make you not only comfortable but very satisfied after either a long restful nights sleep or a short nap. You can be a multi- position sleeper as I am meaning back, side (both) or belly and it works its magic for which ever way you sleep and the comfort aspect is 100% enjoyable. I highly recommend this Pillow for older teens through any age adult.

I suffer with chronic neck pain due to my job function and I’ve tried many different types of pillows and none compare to this one. After just 3 days of using my Groye neck pillow, I felt relief! Now after almost two weeks, my neck pain has dramatically decreased and I sleep better at night. The pillow provides neck support while remaining soft enough for comfort. The cover keeps my head cool and better yet, it is removable and washable. Furthermore, I was able to contact the vendor who sent me a pad so that I could adjust the height to an even more comfortable level. I highly recommend this pillow!

Good value for the money. I can’t speak on pain relief, but it has pretty good neck support.

The pillow seemed promising with its ergonomic design and cooling memory foam, and it felt comfortable initially. However, after a few nights, it just didn’t work well for my sleeping style. It might be great for someone else, but for me, the support wasn’t quite right. Quality and materials are good, though, and there’s no unpleasant odor.

I have tried so many pillows and never found one that was perfect until now. I sleep on my side and this is perfect for the side sleeper. I wake up with 0 neck pain which has never happened before. It keeps its shape, it doesn't conform like memory foam usually does. The support is incredible and almost feels like your head is just suspended or floating. Very hard to describe and nothing like any other pillow I've tried. Best sleep I've ever gotten! Cannot recommend enough!
