Its American, so it last's for ages, the mint taste maybe sticks around for at least an hour, a lot of people won't like the fake mint taste, but I prefer it over UK Gum.The sticks are bigger and you feel like you have something to chew on , to get the same effect with UK Extra gum I need to take 2.This every time.
