I love everything about this pineapple pet house and my dog enjoys it too. It keeps her feelings safe will it amuses me at the same time. BUT the leafy part on the top came off right away as if it was never sewn on properly. I’ll sew it together but it’s frustrating when you pay for something and this happens the same day you get it.

A couple months ago, one of my one-year-old rescue kittens had to go to the emergency vet for a case of pneumonia. He had to stay overnight for 3 nights and it was a terrifying experience for me (as a dedicated cat mom), my husband (as a "'they're going to be YOUR cats'.. but quickly became fully obsessed with his kitty babies" cat dad) and my girl kitten (who we adopted with her brother when they were babies). Our little lady kitten, who is already a much more nervous kitty than her brother, had extreme anxiety over her inexplicably missing brother and the problem only (surprisingly) worsened when he was finally brought home and did not smell like the brother she remembered. We found her constantly burrowing in the tiniest little spaces and she did not feel safe in any sort of open areas at all. Enter: this fuzzy pineapple kitten hut solution. Our girl kitty was immediately drawn to the soft, safe, enclosed, private space that this little pineapple bed provided and she spent the majority of her time there until her brother cat finally started smelling like home again. To this day, both of the kitties love their little pineapple and it is definitely in their top 3 spots around the apartment to take a cat-nap between their psycho-sprints of mass destruction. I would recommend this to ANYONE with nervous, burrow-prone kitties or just any cat-parent in general. It's a huge hit around here!!

The PetnPurr Pineapple Pet Bed looks just like the pictures. There's one thing the pictures can't properly convey though, the SOFTNESS of the material. Makes me wish they had a large pineapple house for me! Our 9 lb senior dog adores it. If he's not in it, he sleeps curled up around it! Will update with pictures when I figure out how to upload them.Note: The house itself is spot clean only, probably due to the wires inside that help to keep its shape. That's why I only gave 4 stars for Easy to clean. Only time will tell if it's chew proof, LOL!The reason I decided to buy this one in particular was because the cushion inside the house can be removed and washed. How sensible is that? Plus, IMHO, it looks the best. The colors are rich and vibrant, it is the largest of the pineapple pet beds, and those leaves on top feel like velvet. Too cute! Everyone that comes over wants one.

At first, I was hesitant to order this because the cost ($49.99) seemed higher than most of the cat beds in the store. But I listened to the majority positive reviews, and ordered one. Plus it was so cute, I just couldn't resist.Well, my cats LOVE this thing. It is so soft and the cushion inside is fluffy and removable. If your cats are anything like mine and love plush blankets, they'll love this bed. My cats sleep in it every day, multiple times a day. They even fight over it! I might need to order a second one. Totally worth it!

Pic to help show size. Super soft and cute bed for cats or small dogs. My cat loves this material and having a bit of a hideaway so this was a perfect choice for her. A bit expensive though. Not sure how easy it is cleaning or if material will stay soft as I haven’t had to yet but seems durable and like it would be fine.
