Goats Milk - Melt and Pour Soap Base

This is my favorite brand of soap bases hands down!! I love this goats milk base!! Super versatile. Never have a sweating issue in my finished products. Works great....easy to cut and melt. Gives me nice hard finished soaps. Pleasant scent and takes other scents perfectly as well as other additives. Have ordered more than 1 of the 5 lb bricks as well as samplers that have it included. Always the same great product. Price is good and the packaging is outstanding!!

Packaging: They packed the 5 blocks in a box prior to placing it in a shipping box unlike my previous supplier. I’m impressed!!! Shipping. They have this in stock in their CA warehouse - so received my order the next day (Wednesday) - literally rescuing me because I have a market Saturday so I’ll be able to have product. Price. Comparing to how much I spent with my other supplier, I paid a little over $1 per lb (block) BUT I get my product the next day WITHOUT the additional shipping fee. So overall, I saved about $15 in shipping! Quality of base. I’ve been using this base from the different supplier but their ingredient listing is the same. If you’re a soap maker - THIS IS THE SAME AS THE SFIC base without the $500 minimum order. This is by far the best mp base due to it’s natural ingredients - NO SLS ergo, it’s not a detergent soap. Which is my selling point when trying to sell my mp soaps vs my cp soaps. Overall: Pifito has gained a loyal customer. Although, I’ll be ordering directly from their website and taking advantage of their bulk discounts with free shipping. I will start testing their oils for my cold process soaps as well. I am really enjoying using this for making my own soap. I will recommend this product. Easy to use, color, add dried flowers, essential oil, etc. It lathers nicely too.

Worked well for a first time soap project. Easy to use, just melt, add scent, color, "mix ins"...easy clean up...it's soap! Enjoyed using it to make my first bars of lemon soap from excess lemons. Think it will be a nice hand soap for the kitchen incorporating lemon zest to help remove food odors from the hands.

🌟First time soap maker here! 🙋🏽‍♀️ Let me start by saying... I LOVE THIS SOAP! 😍 It smells divine... like baby soap. I made a turmeric and ginger soap and added some yellow pigment and gold glitter to it. It looks great, lathers well, and my hands (so far the only part of my body that I have used it on) feel very clean. It melted easily; I melted it in a pot and it only took a few minutes. It set within the hour to use for testing purposes (and because I was being extremely impatient 🤤) and a few hours to use for the bath. It yielded 6 half bars for me, using 1Lb and filling the molds half way. The reason I gave it 4 stars is for 2 reasons: * I used about 50 drops of lemongrass essential oil and it still smells like goats milk! Now again, I really love the way the soap smells. But I don’t like wasting my oils! I mean... nothing! * It sets pretty damn fast. Which, can be great. Especially if you need to make some soaps in a hurry. But it also makes it a bit harder to work with. Especially for a newbie like me. 😉 Overall I recommend this soap. I will be trying other options from this company for my soap making business.

Good base, cleaner ingredients

Carefully using the microwave, I was able to melt this easily. I added my color and scent and molded it. The soaps came our great. For melt and pour soap, it lasts a reasonable amount of time and leaves skin soft.

Tried a couple of different types for the grandkids. They loved the project and the product. Shipped quick and easy to use.
