I bought this because I travel to Europe frequently and my regular flat iron won't work there even with a plug adapter. This has a US plug but still works in foreign countries. I have used it in South America and Mexico as well as Europe. This is nice for traveling because it's fairly compact and comes with a pouch you can put a warm iron into. It heats up really quickly and does a great job. It is a bit annoying that it takes longer to do my hair because of the size, but it's perfect for travel.

This was a great item to take on my recent trip to Europe. Granted, it's smaller than the one I usually use, but I needed a smaller one to take on my trip and this perfectly fit the bill without any issues. I have pretty thick hair and so had to use a smaller amount of hair each time I used it, but that wasn't any big deal. The amount of heat was perfect and it never got too hot. I will use this every time I make a trip to a country that has different voltage than the U.S.

I wanted a small straightener to take when I travel. This works very well. It heats up fast. The heat panels are a little small so you have to do multiple sections but that’s to be expected because it’s small. I also really like the travel case. The iron part fits in one packet and the cord fits in an outside pocket so it’s easy to pack and use. I also like the heat resistant liner. After and during using the straighter, I test the hot portion on the travel cases heat resistant section of the cases close cover. This way, I know it’s cooling safely. Great product! I highly recommend it.

Perfect for swim bag. Good size. Easy to use. Enough heat to straighten short hair. Like the heat resistant bag for storing.

Super convenient to reavel. Work well, it has the small case super helpfull. Works with diffeerent amperage that means you can take it to Italy. Haha.

It works well enough, but it’s not really that compact once you factor in the cord and case. You’re better off going with a normal sized straightener.

I this to Europe last month, and it worked perfectly with my European plug adapter (no converter needed). It felt just as hot as my regular straightener. It's just big enough to straighten bangs and manage the odd kink here and there from falling asleep on wet hair, but it's not going to straighten a full head of hair, and it won't really curl long hair. I wore my hair up most of the time and just wanted to do my bangs, so this was perfect. I traveled carryon only had had to weight every item I packed to stay under Lufthansa's 8 kg/17 lb limit, so I loved the light weight and compact size of this straightener! It also comes with a heatproof carrying case lined with foil, so you can pack it again immediately after using it. I'm thrilled with this item; not only will it work great in every country without a converter, it's going to come in handy for domestic trips because of its size. [In case anyone is confused... This has American prongs on it. To use it in most other countries, you need an ADAPTER, which simply gives you the correct prongs for the wall plug. You do not need a CONVERTER, which is a more complicated device that allows certain powerful electronics (such as full-sized curling irons and blowdryers) to work overseas without blowing the fuse.]

I bought this mainly for traveling because of its dual voltage. Although its temperate is un-adjustable, it works pretty well on my fine hair. I put on heat protectant on my hair first to avoid getting burnt. I like it's lightweight and small size. It creates a lovely bang on my forehead, better than my one-inch iron, and holds its shape until my next shampoo. If it has a swivel cord, it will be great.

Heats up fast , works well. Quite a small barrel size but works well for my hair and for travel.

When I'm travelling, every item that I'm able use a shrinked down version of is helpful. This mini fat iron works well, doesn't take up much space and helps to lighten the load. So, it has provided everything I could possibly ask of it.
