Whatever place your mind and body are in, something bigger is trying to give you what you need.I have been working hard on my mind and soul and I can say I’ve done an exceptional job but for some reason I just kept falling into this rut. Good for weeks and then a mind crash and slowly I started to think and study about my nutrition.I ordered this book the same day, right before I decided to make a commitment to a heath coach/meal plan to reset my body. And I just now read the introduction and literally bawled my eyes out.Like Dr Cole was speaking directly to me. That all the work I’ve done on my mind, my body has been wanting it too and my mind was trying to bring me here to this point. To finally feel more connected and in sync with myself…. I know this book will be exactly what I need to get to where my head body and soul want to be all together. Will update once finished with it all!

Life changing
A real game changer in knowing the truth about my sugar addiction and how I can make the change simply. I love that the book was not so scientific but was broken down so it was easy. I had a hard time putting it down. No joke, with sharpee in hand I read everything.

Important Book for Whole Body Wellness
I am a big fan of this book and hope more people can get to know Will Cole and what he’s all about! My only issue with this book is the Foreword by Nicole Lepera. I am very familiar with Dr Will Cole as I have read and own his book Ketotarian and listen to his Podcast “The Art of Being Well”, I found Nicole’s introduction of Cole to be off putting and not exactly what I thought a Foreword was supposed to be. She was very brief and in my mind doesn’t do the book justice. I value space and words in a book and found this Foreword to be a waste.With that being said, I find the information Will Cole relays in this book to be very valuable. I would say if you have anything chronic happening in your body that you just can’t seem to figure out or resolve then this book is worth a read! I’d also highly recommend Will Cole’s Podcast to anyone who is a fan of his books or even just likes his social media posts. It adds another level of understanding to reading his books when you’re more familiar with his language and methods after hearing his Podcasts. I’m also a fan because I am a fellow Pittsburgh resident! I’m familiar with some of the women that work for him and appreciate his advocacy of women’s health.

So FREEING!
I bought this book out of desperation for better health! I have been on a journey for years looking for gut health, help for brain fog and chronic pain. I’m still reading the book but already feeling such a sense of peace and freedom. It feels like Dr Cole read my mind and is giving the exact tools and freedom to find the connection between what I eat and how I feel. I’m a perfectionist so many other “health plans” have created anxiety and stress before I even start. I can’t wait to get the 21 Day Gut - Feeling Plan!

This book& it's so easy to understand, and the recipes inside&wheel of gut feeling, love it!!!
Dr. Will Cole is one of the top chosen experts in finding a deep hidden root causes in our body that can effect our daily life. He educates in so many unique ways of how to heal our whole body. Love how he reminds constantly of how unresolved trauma can cause illnesses. Started reading this book and it is so easy to understand, and the recipes inside & wheel of gut feeling, love it!! Love the Introduction "that gut feelings are guardian angels." Highly recommend this book & dr.Will Cole!☆☆☆☆☆

Uncover what's Really Wrong
Dr. Cole gives amazing information that medical doctors probably don't have time to delve into. He gets at the Root of gut/digestion problems, which are mostly based in our emotions!! And furthermore, he gives the solutions. I learned so much about myself! I am now on the Real Road to recovery/healing in many senses of that word.

Very clear and informative. This is the 2nd book of Dr Cole I purchased and would buy more if he had more out.

Food is the most important medicine
I found this book interesting, exploring the physical and emotional aspects of eating, with a 21-day program for implementing healthy changes. The author recommends a diet with no processed food or gluten. The recipes are appetizing, but obtaining all the ingredients would be a hassle for me. I am not planning to go gluten free, but I feel inspired to pay more attention to obtaining and enjoying top-quality vegetables.
