DHM 1,000mg with Electrolytes, Liver + Morning-After Support, 30 Tablets

Okay this thing actually works. I took 2 after drinking a lot and woke up the next morning feeling significantly better than before when I would only drink electrolytes. I don’t feel very groggy or sluggish. Ofc there is still some lingering effects of the alcohol, but nothing significant or crazy. I wake and can continue my day as if I only had 1 or 2 drinks last night. Also sognoficantly improves post-drinking sleep quality. It might upset your stomach a little if you didn’t eat much before but that could also just be from the alcohol.

If there's a GOAT of hangover prevention, DoubleWood's DHM 1000 has firmly claimed that title. I discovered it a few years ago when my hangovers had evolved from a minor inconvenience into a full-blown lifestyle disruption — we're talking two-day affairs, with day one spent completely horizontal and questioning every life decision that led me there. Then came DHM, and honestly the difference has been night and day. I can actually function the morning after now. Go figure. To be clear, it's not some miracle cure — it won't compensate for four hours of sleep or skipping water entirely. But the stomach pain, pounding headaches, and spinning-room dizziness? Dramatically dialed back. It takes the edge off in the best possible way. I've been so vocal about this product that at least 40 people have heard my unsolicited sales pitch — a few genuinely asked if I was getting a commission. I'm not. I just really, really like not feeling like I'm dying. Most of my friends who tried it are now converts too. A few find the capsules on the larger side and cut them in half, though I've never had an issue with them myself. If I had one wish, the price-to-supply ratio could be more generous. But when something works this well, it's hard to stay mad about it. Life's too short for two-day hangovers — DHM 1000 helped me remember that.

I’ve taken these after Ive had a few drinks and wake up in the night with a headache or fast beating heart. Take two of these and when I wake up again I feel just fine. I keep these on hand for just those occasions.

For drinkers, DHM is a wonder drug. It is by far the most effective supplement I have found to reduce the effects of a night of drinking. Last night I drank 4/5ths of a bottle of wine (my wife drank the other 1/5) followed by a mixed drink. This is usually enough that I wouldn't feel my best the next day. I took three of these pills and woke up this morning rested and feeling as if I hadn't imbibed at all. As a daily drinker who wants to cut back but not quit, I have been actively looking for supplements that help reduce consumption as well as the after-effects of a night of drinking. Speaking on behalf of most daily drinkers, we want to cut back but are usually stymied by a lack of will-power after that first drink. I have mixed feelings about DHM because it is a supplement that does not help reduce consumption (try Kudzu for that). It is a supplement that helps clear alcohol out of your system more quickly and with less damage to your liver (this has been clinically proven). If I could get down to two glasses of wine every night I'd be elated. But as a next best option, DHM allows me to drink my (admittedly too much) 5-6 servings of alcohol and wake up feeling rested. My main criticism is that these pills are HARD to swallow. They're big and kind of chalky. I'm 6'3" with a big mouth but I still have to cut them in half to get them down the hatch.

This is a simple and amazingly efficient supplement, if you have an event or occasion where you’ll be drinking alcohol, it helps the body metabolize adult beverages without over working the liver. There are others that have extra things in them like quercitin… and that’s great, but keep it simple so you know it works. Game changer.

My wife and I have used these now on a handful of weekends. We are taking one within 20-30 minutes of drinking and another after 3 drinks if we are going to have another 1-3 drinks. Whisky has been the source of alcohol. Usually sipped over an evening at home so nothing taken to any extreme but enough that the body is still having to process a lot of those negative elements. We have noticed that sleep is sounder and the brain fog and fatigue we might at times experience the next day is not occurring if we take these. I held out on reviewing this just to “experiment” over a couple weekends to were I felt comfortable in saying without taking these I would have had some of those slow mornings and I did not. I have not tried any other brand yet. These are listed with the most DHM out of any other product for the same price and at least from doing my own online research is the dose I think is probably right after considering a lot of oral supplements don’t have great bioavailability. Update: According to Amazon I have bought this 13 times so far and I will be buying more. I have used other brands and think DHM in general is great but this brand is still my go to. Better sleep and less brain fog are still the two big things I get from this supplement. I tend to take 1 per drink but most o& what I drink tend# to be higher proof whiskey, and admittedly would be more than 1.5 ounces per pour. Obviously drink responsibly but even on light drinking nights, I feel this is helping me be healthier. Update 2: I am not sure if I should laugh or be concerned but it now seem like I have ordered this 24 times. Even with a drink or two I take one of these or I give one to my wife. Still seems to work very well for both of us. I will continue to order.

My husband and I have used this product for years. We like to have a few drinks on the weekends, and this seriously obliterates hangovers. At least the old version did. When I ordered my latest bottle, I was surprised to find that the pill looked different. It was smoother and shinier. After a few weeks, I noticed that the new formula had turned a brownish orange color, like it had oxidized. It’s the pill on the right in the photo. I still had some pills left over from the old formula bottle and you can clearly see the difference. The new formula does not work nearly as well. We literally did a test and took the pills from the new formula one weekend, and then took the pills from the old formula the next weekend. We confirmed that new formula works terribly. Let our pain be of benefit to you! 😅 I emailed the seller, and they had the audacity to tell me that I had just built a tolerance to the product. Clearly not true when we tested out the old pills vs. the new pills. They also said that “maybe their manufacturer changed the way the main ingredient is processed.” It’s alarming to me that they don’t even know how their pills are being made or processed. This used to be the best DHM Product on the market, so I really hope they return to the old formula/processing.
