I bought a watch last year, it stopped working after 3 months, Amazon has closed the return window, the seller still change the watch for me, they are easy and nice to communicate . I give them 5 star because they have a good customer service.

Setup was pretty easy and any and all communication needed was timely, respectful, and helpful. I am satisfied and so is my child. Thank you!

I bought two of these watches for my kids thinking they would work with AT&T since product description said "This watch supports AT&T (from AT&T store)". Turs out that after spending 1.5+ hrs at the AT&T store messing with the network settings with the help of a sales person, it does not work. I went back and saw that two people had asked that very question and the vendor wrote: "This 4G Gps watch can work with Speedtalk sim card, but not AT&T". WTH? Had I know about this, I would have saved myself a lot of trouble. More generally speaking, customer support is very dysfunctional on this product. Please be aware that the gentleman selling these is based in China. He did not answer my whatsapp call, took hours to reply to my whatsapp messages, and clearly didn't read the info I sent him. After two days of struggling, I got fed up and returned both watches. Also please note that typing on these small screens is extremely hard with adult fingers and a lot of concentration because of the weird character layout (separate screens for numbers, chinese characters, english characters and characters, which you have to constantly switch between - note that the chinese and english characters are not the same!). The interface on these watches is frankly not good, the instructions are very poor (one tiny sheet of paper folded in twelve 2"x3" pages, not very clear either), and the app that goes with these watches is clunky. Camera resolution looks nothing like what's advertised (super pixelized/extremely low resolution). I asked several questions on here, two of which the seller didn't answer - I wanted to know how class mode worked (fair question since advertised yet no description) and whether extra bracelets were sold separately... seller wrote "If you have any question on this 4G Gps watch, please contact us by email", totally useless. Bottom line, I returned these items. What a waste.

The child can do video call through the app, voice call and SMS through the phone, besides the gpa location.The team provides a great support when facing issues!

The only reason I'm returning this watch is because it says it works with any company but AT&T doesn't work with it.

I just received the watch today. I ordered the speed talk sim with it. Followed the instructions that come with it... And it works! App is okay, but makes calls, receives text, clear quality video chat! Super excited to give this as a gift!!

The watch did exactly what we hoped it would, and our 10 year old could easily make and receive audio or video calls as well as messages. What really made the difference though was their responsive support - from getting the watch set up to work with a mobile telco through to assistance when a problem occurred they were quick, efficient and super helpful. Would definitely buy from them again.

i bought 2 for my kids and it was working great at first but what i noticed was when my daughter video chatted me it wouldn't call unless i was using the app but then a few weeks later we went to the pool and tried out the watches but it said IP67 waterproof but the got water inside and stopped working. I wouldn't recommend if u want something waterproof.

I highly recommend this watch for parents with young kids. My 8 year old daughter is neurodivergent, so this watch has helped her get her independence by giving her the opportunity to know she can keep in contact with me when she needs it. Whenever she's over stimulated or getting anxious, she knows she can contact me so I can help her or just listen. She knows I am one call away and I can track her. It also gives me the peace of mind that I can check up on her and make sure she's okay.A point to consider: You need to have a talk/text and data plan for this watch and sim card. I am already with Rogers, so I got a $30/month child plan (under 18), which came with 10 GB of data. The data gets added to your family plan. So if you don't want to pay extra per month this is not for you.Pro:-great way to check up on your kid without them having a cell phone.-Amazing GPS tracker, you can even see where they have been on the app and follow their trail- when it works.-You can take photos without them knowing to see where they are.-You can send voice and video messages via the app- it works great if you have a great reception with your phone provider.-They can call you very quickly and it's extremely convenient.-Set up was easy and I did it by myself by using the instructions they had sent.-They have someone you can contact if you need help.Cons:-It can get pricey per month as you have to have a phone plan.-The UX of the app is not great, so if you're not tech savvy, it can get confusing.-There is a pop-up ad that comes every time you open the app but you do not need to get a full version to use every option.-The map can show the wrong place your kid is but that has to do with the area you live in and the reception you have with your provider.-The app doesn't notify you most of the time that you have received a WeChat message. Or you are receiving a videocall as it's via to the app. I have not tried the WhatsApp option yet. I do have to have the app open or have my child call me to let me know that they have sent me a message.-If they play a game on the watch it can get extremely hot for them to wear. Only time it's happened.- The text message option: the buttons and the way it's layout is hard for kids to use. The WeChat is the only option and that doesn't work because of the app. Again I have not used WhatsApp on it yet so I don't know what the UI of that is.Otherwise, overall from the other watch that I have used this has been the best one. Even though the app sucks, I still highly recommend it as they can still call you like a phone.

Accurate positioning, clear calls, very easy to use

So glad to find a watch that actually works with the Australian 4G Networks unlike so many other watches that dont. Great customer service helping set up as well.

This watch does everything it advertises. It allows you to block unknown callers and disable the keypad for outgoing calls as a safety measure, which our previous watch from another brand lacked. This watch provides my daughter, who often feels homesick, with the comfort of knowing I'm just a click away. It also gives me peace of mind, knowing I can always see her location!

Works as expected. Battery usually lasts a day. The kid is not gentle with it, and yet it still works without major issues. The charging cable has magnets to attach to the watch. Unfortunately, it can also attach itself to metal objects like scissors, and creates a short circuit and kills the charging adapter. In this case just change charging adapter - the cable seems to be resilient - it still works looking scorched after killing two charging adapters . I plan to make a 3D printed cradle for charging to prevent this. The accuracy is good enough (limitation of the GPS system and terrain). Personally I'd like option for more frequent position updates (minimum is 10 minutes, I'd prefer 1 or 2 minute update). The screen protector that came with the watch is quite beaten after a year, I'd love if someone can provide a link where I can buy a replacement.
