I’ve lost around 2–3 kg, and this protein powder has definitely been a helpful part of that. Each scoop provides a good amount of protein, and I also appreciate that it doesn’t contain artificial flavours or unnecessary additives. The use of monk fruit as a natural sweetener gives it a pleasant taste without being overly sweet. I usually have it with just water and haven’t tried blending it with milk or other ingredients. The only reason I’m giving it 4 instead of 5 stars is that the shake becomes quite thick after mixing. Because of this, it’s not very convenient to mix with fruits or other ingredients if you prefer making smoothies. Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, natural, and tasty protein powder. It taste horrible can't even explain. It can be better then whey people warned me but I regret not listening to it. After mixing it becomes thick like sause.

The pouch is not airtight and it was very poor, so the powder loses freshness quickly. I had to transfer it to a separate jar just to keep it usable, which is very inconvenient. Verdict: The protein itself is solid five stars for product, but the poor packaging overshadows the product. Not what you expect at this price point.
