The media could not be loaded. I read multiple reviews before buying, unfortunately with the reviews and stars I bought the product and did a test as soon as it came.. the water passes from one compartment to another and it leaks from all four corners. I thought May be I have not closed the lid properly so tried twice thrice but it failed
