After watching youtube and realizing the risk involved damaging the lcd I took the item to a cell repair shop and 45 dollars later they fixed it . I saved money purchasing the part beforehand. 150 dollars saved. I am pretty good repairing things this was just too risky for me to do. It is harder than it looks and LCD screens for the Note20 Ultra are expensive. When I started it was already a struggle, I did not have a hair drier or or heat gun, and if I used the suction cup it would cause my screen to crack further, once I was able to get a heat gun I proceeded to follow the instructions and when I used the razer to try and prop the screen it just caused more breaks in the screen and I struggle further to get one of the corners propped up. Once I did manage to prop up a corner and inserted the wire it striped an extra layer of the screen other then the glass and now my screen is no longer visible and I might have to replace my phone all together.
