Great gift idea for the chess lover in your life!
This is a really nice set! We purchased for my middle school son’s birthday, and he was proud to take it with him to school to play with his friends. The chess pieces are nice.

Got the taller pieces expecting a little more weight, which just isn't there. It feels like they would blow around in a light breeze. Perfectly fine chess pieces, nice detail, standard in every aspect shape and size. I'm just being picky and looking for a little more heft.
