This space blend is a great value for the price. It has great smell indicating fresh spices and it is not spicy hot, the spice is more of a flavor profile. It can be used in many dishes but it is very common in Moroccan and mediterranean dishes.

Good quality spice. Fresh aroma and good flavor. Great for my Moroccan lamb stew recipe!

I purchased this before and I am very satisfied with the spice mix. Good to have variety when cooking.

UPDATE: This was a rush to judgement on my part and I apologize. After floating some of the blend in clear water and checking for grit/sand I found none. Although I have no idea where grit would have come from (other components were all washed and not the type that hold grit). The spice blend was good and it seemed fresh enough but my bag is full of sand. Ive used it in a couple of recipes and couldnt figure out where the grit was coming from, thought maybe I forgot to wash some veges or something. Other than that good product but nobody likes sand in their food.

This spice took my beef lentil soup to another level. I mean WOW, what a delicious flavor combo! Truly enjoyed the meal and the leftovers, (what little there was) were better the next day. Fantastic.

Just what I wanted

Only used this once I was happy with the results but I need to test it further
