Apparently this is something our body makes naturally, but if we have low amounts of it, we can get motion sick easier. Generally, I have to take two motion, sick pills every six hours on a cruise. I tried this out and was able to take a one week cruise by taking two of these three times a day! They work for my teenager daughter as well and she gets more motion sick than I do. They work amazing, I don’t get that sleepiness like I do with other emotion, sick pills, there’s no aftertaste and it doesn’t affect my mood like motion sick pills do either.

Did you know this stuff helps with motion sickness?! My uncle, who’s in the medical profession, turns me onto this. Apparently this is something our body makes naturally, but if we have low amounts of it, we can get motion sick easier. Generally, I have to take two motion, sick pills every six hours on a cruise.
