Great product, but a bit on the pricey side

Unlike some reviewers who mention clumping issues, I’ve found that mixing it with other powders prevents this entirely. It blends easily with my matcha powder for lattes or coffee beans before grinding, adding a smooth texture without altering the flavor. I also use it for cooking, beyond beverages. When making air-fried potatoes, I mix them with a neutral oil like avocado oil, then toss them with acacia fiber instead of flour or cornstarch. The result is a crispy texture with extra fiber snuck in. I also appreciate that it’s organic and available on Subscribe & Save, making it easy to keep on hand. It’s flavorless, odorless, and incredibly versatile. As a fiber supplement, it works well without going into too much detail!

I decided to try this because it’s cheaper than my usual (Heather’s Tummy Fiber). It dissolves more easily than Heather’s, but it has a more pronounced taste. I think it would be hidden in coffee, but I can taste it in my green tea.
