Review: Why didn't I buy this sooner!! Sleep at night is finally back! - Hands down this has been my best purchase and I really should have gotten this sooner. I finally got this when my little one turned 19 months and showed tremendous skill for climbing her crib. We initially put towels around the rails to raise the height but that bought us about 2 weeks of time before she figured out how to climb her new obstacles. My husband and I spent a week of alternating nights of who would be in the room with her as she claimed the rails, sat on them, and then seemed to threaten to throw herself off unless someone took her out of the crib. We both felt she was too young to be in her room in a toddler bed at night, especially because she is skilled at opening all doors in our home (e.g. front door, bathroom doors, other bedroom doors, etc.). When we found this on desertcart we ordered it on rush and so glad we did! It was our last resort after everything else we tried. The reviews are right, you will lose the ability to see anything on your monitor which is a downfall. Also there is a warning on the packaging that the item is not for homes with cats (I imagine this would be a scratching dream for a cat). The crib mattress goes into the tent structure so the tent is fully encompassing. Some benefits of this is our daughter would often have her pacifier fall out of the crib through the slats and then cry at night because she couldn't find it. This is no longer an issue! It is physically impossible to throw the pacifier out or for it to fall out a side. I wish I had bought this sooner as for infants that like to use the crib rails as teething posts this could have helped prevent that issue and crib damage. This item has worked like a charm - our daughter is safe, there's no more climbing, I also like that come summer time I don't have to worry about any mosquitoes getting into her crib. For mosquito prone places I would highlight recommend this product! If anyone has a small climber who is not yet ready for a toddler bed, this is a must!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect Solution for Climbing Out!!

Wow! I’m so impressed by this simple solution! We have a 21 month old son who loves to climb and is absolutely wild. He just learned how to climb in and out of his crib. We are expecting twins very soon and he’s not ready to handle the freedom of a toddler bed so we were looking for any solution. This worked great!!!! I just set it up yesterday and we were able to put him down fully awake like we used to before he started climbing out and he fell asleep on his own because he couldn’t get out and play. He can’t get to the zippers because they’re only accessible from the outside (huge plus!) and now he can’t mess with his blinds, monitor cord or sock drawer which is an even bigger plus. All in all, we are very happy! The cons are very minimal and don’t even come close to offsetting the pros. Visibility is not great through the monitor (picture included) but we can still see him and we know he’s safe and probably safer than he was without it. The other con is that it the bottom does not pop out to a nice rectangle and has some curves in the wiring (may just be from being folded up from packaging) so it did take some maneuvering to get the crib mattress in there. Not ideal for when you’re changing sheets but it might fix itself after some use and stretching from the mattress. This is only day one for us. The setup in general was very simple, it was just getting the mattress to fit in the bottom. Only took me a couple minutes.
