Great value for money
Does what I need for head and beard all in one product. Lots of length attachments that should cater for most people’s head and facial hair. Not sure how long it will last between charges, but is holding well thus far. It’s also nice and easy to clean and you can even rinse it under the tap. The encased carrying bag is not up to much, but can’t have everything for such a good price. Would highly recommend.

Poor quality
Battery no longer holding charge after 8 months use. Edit, faulty charging. Now all good and 5 stars as it's a pretty neat compact unit that does the job.

Me siento estafado

Replacement
Good afternoon, my beard trimmer stopped working. I used it only 5 times, and today it stopped working. How can I proceed to get a replacement?
