Fit fine. Somewhat complex install, but thank goodness it's available!
If you own a Fiat 500 (or in my case, 500e), you should buy one of these now. If you're looking at this because the handle already broke off your car, get two. It's not a great design and the handles fail. That said, thank goodness this was so available and for so cheap! On the other hand, the install is a little frustrating. Taking the door apart is the easy part. The hard part is fishing everything into the right spots and Tetris-ing the handle into the right position. You'll spend 2 hours doing 20 mins worth of wrenching and 1:40 worth of cursing the door, handle, designers, etc.

It fits, and looks great!
Was the perfect fit for my wife’s car! Install was a breeze (be careful with clips holding the rods to the interior door handle!) seems well built! Has been working flawlessly for 6 months or so. I went ahead and bought the passenger side as well (just in case) Was easy enough to change the lock cylinder from the old one too!

Sturdy Handle, Challenging Installation – Blame the Car, Not the Part!
The APPERFiT Exterior Door Handle for the Fiat 500 worked perfectly once installed. It feels sturdy, fits seamlessly, and functions just like the original. That said, installation was no walk in the park—but let’s be honest, that’s on the vehicle manufacturer, not the handle. Fiat clearly didn’t have DIYers in mind when designing this setup! If you’re replacing a door handle on your Fiat 500, this is a solid choice. Just bring patience (and maybe a friend to help) for the install process. Once it’s in, it works like a charm!

As a DIYer, its a perfect match to OE. For the price I don't think you can beat it as a replacement for a commonly faulty part. The cylinder was an easy swap. It's a tight fit with reinstallation but totally doable with the aid of online videos.
