Well thought out design. The best use of space we've found for it's footprint.
I got this for my mom, who's been using the same style basic Rubbermaid dish drying rack for 50 years or more. I wasn't sure she'd go for a change, but she was intrigued as soon as I showed it to her, and after using it only once, she was convinced. This rack has the same footprint as what she's always used, but with a second shelf, among other attachments. It's all stainless steel or hard plastic, which means it'll clean up a lot better than soft rubber. The utensil basket is twice the size of her old one and doesn't have to be set inside the rack for draining. I knew she'd miss her drink ware drying hooks on the sides, so when I found this model with an attachable glass drying rack, I knew it was the one.Not having to fool with an unsightly sloped rubber draining mat underneath is a major perk. But being able to rotate the drain spout to drain to any side was especially thoughtful. And while we haven't really needed to clean the rack yet, the pieces are easy to disassemble and reassemble, You can even take out the bottom rack for cleaning without lifting off the top.The top rack seems sturdy enough to drain a 10 inch cast iron pan standing on it's edge, but she typically keeps stuff that heavy in the bottom, just for peace of mind. It's not made like a brick, but it's at least as sturdy as our old-school drying racks, and looks so much cleaner - it's not the eyesore that rubber coated wire quickly becomes. If we have any criticism, it would have to be that it seems a bit pricey, considering the materials involved. But, price is relative, and while I'm convinced they can do better in that regard, we don't regret the purchase in the slightest.

I was impressed!
After our dishwasher broke down and we haven’t been motivated to get it working again, we started the fun task of hand washing dishes- started out with a cheap, tiny dish drainer that held about 6 dishes- got tired of that and searched for something better that didn’t cost almost as much as a new dishwasher. Came across this and thought it looked promising- I was pleasantly shocked that I liked it so much- looked very complicated to assemble when I took it out of the box, but didn’t take too long to figure out. Holds a lot of dishes, doesn’t take up too much counter space. You do have to be careful of a few things- the side attachments can get knocked off easily, and the drainage spout can pop off while you are trying various positions to see what works best and I had to de- assemble everything to get it back on- took a whole 5 minutes- but I didn’t make the same mistake twice! Still working on an easier way to wipe the bottom off periodically- the bottom shelf doesn’t come out easily without taking the sides off- don’t know if it is supposed to be like that or if it’s user error

Great Capacity - Configurable - Minor Leaking
This drying rack has a great capacity for dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, and pans. It is somewhat configurable as to where you put the silverware rack (which end) and whether you choose to use the glassware rack (I didn't). Also configurable is the side or end you have the spout drain to. It swivels under the basin to match whichever side or end of the rack - where ever you would like it to drain into your sink. You can have this rack adjacent to your sink lengthwise or from the end. Also configurable is the top rack. One side length-wise or the other. My only issue so far with the drying rack is the drain spout underneath. I notice there is a puddle under the drying rack on occasion. I have tried to make sure it is attached properly and properly extended so it doesn't have an opportunity to leak. But, sometimes it does. I am not sure what the x-factor is yet. It does seem though that part could have been engineered a little better.Aside from the occasional leaking from the drain spout, I'm happy with this purchase overall. If the drain didn't leak once in a while I would give it 5 stars.

Nice for small space
Mine came with one foot totally bent up. I was able to use the pliers to force it back down. Easy to assemble. Like other reviews said, water would collect on the tray so one end had to be lifted up a bit to drain the water. It worked ok for me though a little thin but for the price, I have no other complaints.

Twister dryer
The water don't run cause the rack is flat so we did put something on the side so the water we flow to the sink, it's nice but not that convenient, also my husband make some arrangements to make it work, you can see the pictures and get the idea, the fine glass holding its a good idea but on average it wasn't what it was expected. It has plant room for dishes, bowls and glasses.

Perfect for small sinks
The only reason I'm giving it 4 instead of 5 stars is because the utensil holder doesn't drain properly. The holes for drainage are too small so water pools in corners and you still have to hand dry the utensils. It's rather annoying. Otherwise; it's sturdy, fits perfectly in a small sink, and the plastic feet don't mess up the sink.

Got the old one off the counter and out of site, HOORAY!
PERFECT! I am delighted. This is exactly what I was looking for. The dish drainer fits in the sink with a little room to spare. I don’t like a dish drainer sitting on the counter yet I also want the freedom of allowing dishes to air dry while I am doing other things. This item fits my needs perfectly. In addition it is very sturdy. I am so delighted to have the old clumsy drainer off the counter. Even if I dried the dishes after working in the kitchen there was never a place to store the ugly thing!
