Have used these for runs many times over and replenishing my stock. Expiration date seems close though (Nov2020) for a July purchase. Not too affected by it, just curious how long gels do last for and how I would finish them off.

Li utilizzo da parecchio tempo e dopo averli gustati tutti il mio preferito e la ciliegia,avendo problemi allo stomaco(gastrite cronica) nn ho mai riscontrato nessun effetto collaterale.Ne consumo 2 a uscita(4/5 ore) e oltre a sopperire alla sete ho sentito come in crisi di fame dopo l' assunzione ricevere energia extra,questo e l effetto sul mio corpo è ovvio che nn per tutti la reazione è la stessa avendo letto commenti negativi.
