No hard drive installed.
The media could not be loaded. The system should be shipped with 240 gb SSD hard drive with windows 11 pro and Ms office....But system could not boot with error no hard drive installed.Refurbished item should be tested by booting atleast.Not sure if anything need to be selected in bios.

Looks New. Wifi adapter not working had to buy a new.
Looks New. as it's wifi adapter of coconut brand is not working. Had to buy a new adapter. Otherwise everything went well

Good product but bad quality of refurbishment
I recd the product with very minor cosmetic damages. Specifications were as published. Biggest problem was that a screw got disconnected inside and fallen on motherboard. With warranty seals on cover, I was not comfortable to power on the device without removing that screw. As I am trained engineer on these, I ignored warranty seals, opened the cover and fixed it. While fixing SSD they have used wrong screws and hardware. There was no screw for M.2 slot. One screw was missing on HDD frame. Wifi external antenna connector was missing but had loose hanging antenna cable ! but wifi card was present inside ! Package came with 90W power adapter, Wifi USB stick (which is of no use as it had built-in wifi)Overall, I rate product is very good. But more care is needed during repairs and refurbishment. It is a very good, compact, genuine HP, silent computer for home and small office use. It consumes 50% less power as compared to similar configuration tower model PCs

Rusted junk without dsub port
Orderes this model as comes and shown with dsub port. Even pc was good when ordered last time. This time it's rusted and physical damage and without dsub. All were display ports. To return is now becoming pain on Amazon. No stock as they are not having stock
