How long will the ham last?

We ship the hams vacuum-packed in a sturdy plastic film. In this original packaging, the ham will last for at least three months from delivery if stored in a cool, dry place.

How quickly do I need to eat the ham once sliced?

Since the ham slowly dries out and loses its aroma after it is first cut, you should eat the ham within a week or two for optimal enjoyment.

How do I store the Jamon?

Dry-Cured meat does not need to be refrigerated and we recommend storing in a cool, dry place. However, if you do store some slices in the fridge, allow the meat to reach room temperature before consuming.
