The foam inside the cover had black spots.==UPDATE==I gave this pillow a second try and surprise to find out that even pillows can be defective.The second pillow that I tried, the foam was new inside the cover. The pillow is also softer than the first one I bought.This one, when I am leaning on my side, I can feel the pillow, immediately, form to the shape of my head and sink to the height of my shoulders. Even sleeping on my back, I can feel that my neck is nicely cradled.4 Star, because although the pillow is great. My packaging was ripped and the handles were torn from the bag. So, not sure if it's a return product or used. BUT, the pillow foam looks new.Highly recommend this item!
