LOVED the Accessories, Just needed the phone to work!
3 Stars because I LOVED the next day prompt delivery of the phone. I have to say though that this phone ended up being a thorn in my backside. I could live with no 4g and no LTE, but the keyboard not working completely frustrated me SO MUCH! It keeps freezing then certain keys on the keyboard wouldn't type. (Ie: the letter "y" wouldn't type. I would end up with "t" and "u" ALWAYS. Or the "backspace/enter" key kept putting the letter "m" instead of deleting what was typed wrong and fix it. Heard to send text messages, email, add anything, search anything etc...LOVE buying refurbished items, this one just needs a little more time refurbishing.

Phone gets hot!
It came like it said it would, nice like new! Only bad thing is the phone gets hot but still works ok. Recieved new nice Samsung charger and earbuds!

I was very disappointed about this Sony
Phone was slow, the battery drained so fast that I needed to charge it every 2-3 hrs. Also it overheated every time I used it.I was very disappointed about this Sony Device
