Lovely frying pan of great quality, and a joy to use. As long as you pre heat the pan before adding oil/fat it performs well. I have cooked onions, eggs, bacon, burgers, and no problem afterwards with cleaning up. Well balanced, and fits comfortably in the hand.

Have had these for over 2 years now, my go to pan for any cooking, steel feels really good quality and the weight is perfect. Heating is also very even around the pan across induction and open flame 10/10

Two meals and both stuck and burnt to the pan. Only the centre of the pan burnt and the outside stuck, tried it over two days to see if it was the food type.Sadly ££ out of pocket and back to the discount range from local supermarket.
