Great controlled exercise device.
I couldn’t express my satisfaction regarding this tension band in a better way, this product is truly great and of high quality. Just about half of all of my workouts are done at the park. I tie this up around a tree, and do all of my tension band stationary sprints and hip thrusts like that. No marks around the waist and no misplaced motion. All of my movements are distributed evenly since the belt’s ring moves around the belt making all motions even. I also put a kettlebell attached to the band while wearing the belt, I then run dragging the kettlebell. The elastic band is strong and the belt is strong as well, nothing snaps. I drag that kettlebell on the dirt as I run and it’s all good. This was one of my best purchases in Amazon.

i bought this for my son, who is 6 and uses it for his workout. The waist is too big, I wish they could be more adjustable for users with super small waist, but other than that I like the bag and variety included in this set. The band is sturdy and perfect for conditioning. the cones are very light and move with the slightest breeze. good for indoor use maybe.

Works great for dog walks
I bought this as a last resort for a way to walk my 90lb black lab. I attach one end to the belt and hook the other to her walking vest. The stretch of the bungi lets her walk ahead of me & saves my shoulder and arm from her pulling. The waist belt adjusts to a tight fit...the "D" ring allows my dog to switch from side to side as we walk. Hope to work up to jogging with her
