Strong, well-machined and excellent knob design
Smallrig rod accessories are very well made and should last a very long time. They look good, have no sharp edges and come in a large variety of sizes and uses.And when you tighten them to the rod, they really grip. Not going anywhere.One of their best features is the adjustable thumbscrew. It gives you excellent leverage, but if it runs into anything you can pull up the spring-loaded handle and reposition the handle to clear obstacles.Machining is uniformly excellent and precise. Threaded holes are in logical places and allow a lot of flexibility in mounting.This particular mount is more of a bridge, with various threaded holes in it.It's lightweight and well built.I've bought a lot from SmallRig and will probably buy more.

Very helpful for rigging. These are good quality, and they clamp on tight. These have metal tightening tabs, which is a must. Stay away from the ones with plastic tabs, I've seen a ton of those break.
