Uf this one is a 500 mg then it's great, if it's a 8.6 or like that then don't get it if you are used to 500 mg or close

Yeah I didn’t like this product ... It doesn’t work! I had been using a generic product from the store that helped me a great deal, but then my acupuncturist said I needed to get this because it was organic and pure senna leaf... I should’ve just stayed with the four dollar product from the store and saved the rest of the money ... it hasn’t worked at ALL, it isn’t easy to swallow, it gets stuck in your throat and you have to drink either a million glasses of water or something carbonated, and it tastes like you swallowed a lump of spinach. Very disappointing indeed, and if I hadn’t complained to amazon about something more important recently, I probably would have messaged them about how upset I was with this product.

I have had stomach issues for some time. I was on prescription medication which was the only thing that helped. My doctor was concerned that I was on this prescription medication too long and it could cause other issues and to try something over the counter. I tried everything and nothing worked. A friend of mine recommended this and it has been better than the prescription medication and it is made with herbs so it is better for you internally. I would highly recommend to try it out. I am sure it works differently on each person, but definitely worth a try.
