are these heat eraseable?

Heat will make the ink disappear (that’s why it’s called Frixion…the heat caused by the friction of the eraser makes it disappear. BUT if you stick the paper in the freezer, the ink returns.

Do these work on the Rocketbook?

Not sure . This pen is erasable using friction. It does not erase using water. The ink will disappear if you put hot objects on top of the writing.

Will these accommodate .7mm size refills? I don't see red .5mm refills available.

I don’t have this particular color; I have the pastel in the 0.5mm and they accommodate the 0.7mm refills no problem.

Are there .05 refills for these pens

I get refills for my other pilot pens from pilot's website.
