Great Magnesium source.
My go-to magnesium supplement. It works very quickly! Yes, I take it before bed not only for sleep but to help with leg cramps due to depleted magnesium. I've used it for sore muscles and many other things.

AMAZING muscle cramp relief
This stuff is amazing! I use it for muscle cramps. No lie, when I’m in the middle of a cramp, if I take one of these the cramp goes away within 30 seconds. I swear by it! It doesn’t NOT taste like salt, it really has no taste, and it dissolves in your mouth immediately. I will absolutely be buying this again!
