Not a compliment when speaking of a person. A great way to get your face slapped, or worse, and it would be well deserved. No, I'm speaking of the 5 Shelf Chrome Steel Wire storage rack from BestHome/BestOffice. It is all those things, and more. I awaited in anticipation for the arrival of this package. Was it really an easy assembled, no tools required, sturdy storage rack? I had been told such things before, only to be disappointed. Either it was easy to assemble but could barely hold it's own weight, or it was sturdy as the Ozark hills but took hours to put together. Relax, I told myself. 4.5 stars on Amazon out of 27 reviews. Everything will be fine. The 40-ish pound box went directly to the top of the chest freezer in the utility room where this storage rack would soon reside. I eagerly sliced through the packing tape at the seams, and was greeted with shiny metal galore, enough to make a '57 Fairlane take notice. Tasty. The instructions and warranty card were carefully placed between two shelves inside, safe from any moisture or damage during shipping. Nice touch. I removed all the pieces in the box and grouped them for assembly. Legs. Shelves. Plastic bits. I read through the easy to follow instructions, careful to note that all pieces were accounted for and undamaged. Leveling feet, nice. I had missed that in the description. Then, rolling up my sleeves, I began assembling the rack. The workflow in the instructions made perfect sense, unlike some I have tried to decipher. This was going to be easy. And within a half-hour, my storage rack was completed. Standing strong and level in it's new home, the corner of my utility room. I stood with my arms folded on my chest, nodded proudly at my accomplishment. Extra storage, from pieces to finished unit in 30 minutes, with no tools. Mwahaha. Take that, clutter. You shall rue this day. Feeling empowered, I then placed and organized everything I could upon the pristine wire shelves, and did my laundry. Quick and easy to assembly, well built, easy to level, and can hold a LOT of things. You will love this shelf. Make sure when assembling to plan your desired shelf spacing as you build it. Shelves can be moved after assembly, but much easier beforehand. 5 solid gold stars for the manufacturer, the seller, and Amazon.

I've purchased 2 sets of the twin black packages, assembled and use the 18 gallon totes on them so instead of stacking totes and waiting for them to cave in, I'm storing vertically on the shelving units. They've been up and in use for more than a year now. I store them long side to long side, side by side to save space. When I want something, I pull one shelving unit out from the bunch, get the tote I want. Simple, effective use of storage space along one wall of the garage.I work out of state often a 1000 plus miles out for months at a time so I need my "boom out" clothes set aside and stored ready to go into the truck. Winter, summer, FR rated... All in totes, all on one shelving unit I can move to the back of my truck to pack/unpack. Again, simplifying my moving stuff around and having a place to put the stuff when I get back home.My wife liked the idea so much I had to buy another set, she's got 2 of her own now, and again, using totes to keep stuff safe, dry, organized on the shelves.That said, these things are super easy to assemble, sturdy enough to hold 300 plus pounds (2 totes side by side fill a shelf, so unlikely you'll overload it for everyday storage use). You can easily custom fit the shelves to any height. Read the direction, take your time on the first one and you'll find that second one done in minutes.I start with 4 legs, put in the wheels, put the bottom shelf in, stand it upright and work upwards. Use a tape measure and some tape to mark your shelf heights. I assembled one about a week ago, from box on the floor to putting a tote on it, took me maybe 15 minutes. I love this product. Worth every penny.

This shelf is a good value. I was able to put it together by myself. It did not take very long to put together eventhough I had to do a couple of things twice. It is not as heavy duty as some shelves of this type but works fine for the size and my purposes.

Picked out cheapest one and durable and doesn't looks so cheap.It steady and strong. I like it

There are a bunch of companies selling shelving units just like this one, so take your pick. I've been using mine for a few months now and haven't had any issues. It was easy to assemble and is sturdy enough. This is definitely for residential use and wouldn't call it a "commercial" grade product. That being said, I am very happy with its ability to hold my basic laundry and pantry overflow items, and the wheels work great to roll it out to clean under and behind it.

Bought two of them, then bought a third. They are very sturdy. Super easy to assemble as no tools are required.

This rack is not as heavy as I thought it would be but does the job in my shed. The size was perfect and the heaviest I was putting on a shelf was chemicals at 100 pounds. A four because 250 pounds a shelf a little overstated. Otherwise,thrilled. Easy to assemble.

Use for indoor growing. Assembly and adjustments are easy. 4 foot led lights fit well. A couple of the shelves came bent so docking a star for that. Overall great shelf.
