Works great! ### ⭐ DO NOT BUY SANDISK *by P***I on May 18, 2026* One of the worst warranty departments I have ever dealt with. I purchased a SanDisk Blade Transport from Amazon, and the item arrived broken. I contacted SanDisk warranty support, and at first, they walked me through the process. However, after reading multiple reviews from customers who waited months for a resolution, I brought up my concern to the agent. I was told the item was currently out of stock, but I was assured multiple times that by the time I mailed mine in, replacement stock would likely be available(apparently, they get new stock every week, also a lie). That turned out to be completely misleading. After mailing in the defective drive, I called almost daily for updates, and each time I was given different answers with no real resolution. After more than a week of phone calls, their “solutions” were either to send me a cheaper and inferior replacement, wait 8–10 weeks for a refund, or wait 6–8 weeks for their warehouse to send a newer version of my original drive. Now I am outside of my Amazon return window, without the product I paid for, and stuck being pushed around for an issue that was never my fault. I am also out the full cost of the drive while SanDisk figures out what they are even going to do. I purchased a SanDisk product because I thought it was a reputable company with quality products and reliable customer support. Instead, this experience has shown me a complete lack of accountability and a warranty process that feels useless when customers actually need help. Hopefully, others see this review and learn from my mistake. STAY AWAY. Their “warranty” feels more like a sales tactic than real customer protection.
