is this a semi automatic toy??

“Semi automatic” as in one trigger pull fires one dart from the cartridge, then one pump action advances the cartridge to fire one more dart (repeating until cartridge fully passes through side port), then yes. However, this is not a semi automatic toy in the sense of being motorized nor being able to fire more than 1 dart per trigger pull, per pump action. My sons have a cache of Nerf guns (including motorized semi-autos) and the X-Shot Excel Regenerator still gets its fair share of play time. Its barrel has rifling and is pretty accurate. It’s a big gun but can be modified to reduce size. Hope my answer was helpful.

Can the attachments attach with other blasters?

No they cannot, well they sort of can but they will be extremely floppy

How many dart clips does this come with?

It comes with two 9 dart blue magazines and 48 darts. This is the truthful answer.
