I have had IBS for about 11 months. From the beginning, medical advice was to take a fiber supplement. Metamucil didn't seem to work that well, tasted nasty, and didn't mix well with water. After seeing several specialists, a dietitian recommended Sunfiber. It has no taste at all, mixes more easily than Metamucil, and actually seems to be working well (though it's difficult to determine what works and what doesn't, with IBS, I find). I like that it comes in individual packets--so no measuring needed.

I purchased this PHGG for pro kinetic support during my SIBO treatments. It’s a white powder that has a slight chlorine aftertaste when added only in water but otherwise not detectable when added to liquids with more flavor like coffee or tea or juice. It doesn’t dissolve perfectly all the time, especially the more product you add to the liquid. Besides some of those textural and taste issues, it is effective and helps you with productive bowel movements. The price is expensive per unit, but, again, it’s effective. I have already repurchased bc I think it’s one of the better PHGGs on the market.

The fiber is great. In warm water, it does not clump up and has no taste, which is what I like.

A thing of wonder, no hype. Compared to common fiber supplements, Sunfiber is gentle yet thorough, dissolves completely, worked within 3 days for me. The key is to be consistent daily. I put one on my placemat every evening to have the next morning. Sunfiber was recommended by my gastroenterologist for my slow gut. I was skeptical at first of the texture was going to be strange, but it’s smooth and totally soluble. I’ve been taking it for 3 months now. Gentle enough to keep taking it as long as I need. It seems to dissolve best in 10oz of room temperature water, pour the packet into the full glass of water, let it sit for 5-10 minutes and stir. I love how easy it is.

I take one of these LABO Nutrition Bioactive Organic Fiber sachets every day, and it’s been a huge help for my gut health and keeping my bowel movements regular, which is something I used to struggle with, especially while traveling. The powder itself has a bit of a strange taste on its own, so I mix it into a bottle of water with a single Crystal Light flavor packet and it goes down easy. Once it’s mixed (and it mixes easily), it’s totally fine, and the benefits have been noticeable. What I like most is how travel-friendly the individual sachets are. I just throw a few into my bag and I’m set for the trip, no measuring or bulky tubs. It's low FODMAP, doesn’t mess with my stomach, and it's made a big difference in keeping me consistent even when my routine is anything but. Definitely worth it.

Very effective fibre ! I definitely do not need to use a whole sachet at once mostly using approx a third when needed. I have a sensitive stomach and this product is gentle and doesn’t cause any discomfort for me.

This is a great product for fixing your guts. I take one in my tea every morning.

Doesn’t 100% dissolve but close enough - keep stirring until you’re just about to drink. I mix with creatine to get it done in one go.

Good fibre for low Fodmap diet. Handy single serves for travelling.
